Shipping

Products will be shipped within 5 business days of order when in stock.

Any damage occurring during shipment must be reported to Imagine That!! within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Additionally, the packaging must be kept intact as UPS may need to examine this in order to process the damage complaint.

Return Policy

Purchaser may return products within 30 days of receipt of product(s). Purchaser will be refunded original purchase price upon receipt by Imagine That!! of the product(s) in original condition. All costs of shipping product(s) will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Custom products are not returnable.
